Where should a new user start?
Start with Getting Started. It covers account creation, phone verification, business setup, team setup and downloading the Windows POS application.
How do I add a product?
Open Products, choose Add Product, enter the product details and save. The Products & Stock guide shows the screen.
Can AiWeapX POS use M-Pesa?
Yes. The M-Pesa STK Push guide shows where to configure the integration and how it fits into checkout.
How do I set up a receipt printer?
Open Settings → Receipt & Printer, choose the printer options, save and print a test receipt.
How do I control what staff can access?
Use System Users and Roles & Permissions. Create a role, assign only the required permissions, then assign that role to the user.
Fix a POS problem
