Game Tracker User Agreement

Service
AiWeapX Game Tracker provides tools for gaming businesses to configure stations and listener devices, detect supported football-game events and maintain operational match records. Detection is automated and may occasionally miss or incorrectly classify an event.
Your account
You are responsible for using an account you are authorised to control, maintaining access to your Google account and verified phone number, and ensuring business and station information you provide is accurate.
Acceptable use
You must use Game Tracker lawfully and only for authorised gaming-hub operations. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse listener devices to monitor private conversations, or attempt unauthorised access to another customer's data.
Subscriptions and trials
Where a trial or paid subscription applies, the current plan, duration and price shown by the service govern that subscription. Paid features may become unavailable after expiry or failed payment until service is renewed.
Automated detection
Match detection depends on device audio, supported games, commentary, connectivity and device conditions. You remain responsible for reviewing business records where accuracy is important.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, device restrictions or third-party services may affect availability.
Termination and deletion
You may delete your account from account settings. We may restrict accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that threatens the service or other users.
Changes
We may update this agreement as the service develops. Material changes may require acceptance of a new version.
