Game Tracker Privacy Policy

Information we process
Game Tracker processes account identity information supplied through Google, your verified phone number, gaming-hub and branch details, station and listener-device information, match detections, timestamps, operational status, subscription information and service/security logs needed to provide the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, verify phone ownership, configure gaming hubs, pair and operate listener devices, record detected matches, provide reports, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and protect account security.
Audio and transcriptions
The listener uses speech recognition to identify relevant football commentary. Where the product records transcripts, confidence/evidence information or diagnostic events, those records are used to operate and improve match detection and troubleshoot listener performance. Game Tracker is not intended to be used to record private conversations.
Service providers
Authentication and phone verification may use Google/Firebase and configured messaging providers. Hosting, payment or communications providers may process the minimum information necessary to deliver their respective services.
Retention and security
We retain account and operational records while needed to provide the service, meet legitimate security/accounting requirements, resolve disputes or comply with applicable obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and account deletion
You may sign out or request account deletion from Game Tracker account settings. Deleting an owner account deletes the gaming businesses owned by that account and their associated Game Tracker operational data, subject to records we may be legally required to retain. Deletion cannot be undone.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the service may require acknowledgement of a newer version before continued use.
